2. Legal Clarification
The Website uses automated tools to characterize your use of the Website and improve the browsing experience by collecting non-identifiable data. These tools collect general information about you and your use of the Website. In addition, the Website Operator uses data files called “cookies”. These files help track visitors’ preferences and improve the user experience on the Website. For example, cookies allow the Website to save the details you entered in various forms, thereby saving you the time of entering the details again during your next visit, or to identify products you may prefer in order to present you with recommendations and tips that are suitable for you.
A user who does not wish information to be collected through cookies on their device may block or restrict their operation by changing the relevant settings in the browser they use. In addition, users who wish to disable or restrict the use of cookies for advertising purposes may use the tools and settings pages offered by advertising providers. At any time, you may delete cookies, even if they have been stored on your device. It is recommended to do so only if you are certain that you do not want the Website, the content appearing on it, and the services offered through it to be adapted to your preferences. The Website Operator may collect and use the personal information provided by you and/or collected about you, including during your use of the Website and/or the services offered through it, in order to improve, enrich, or modify the services and content offered on the Website, including changes to the Website displayed to the user.
The Website Operator may also use the information for operational, marketing, and statistical purposes, and may provide statistical and/or aggregate non-personal information to third parties for these purposes. Some of the services on the Website, whether currently or in the future, may require registration. As part of such registration, you may be required to provide personal information, such as your name, address, and various contact details, including telephone number and email address. Mandatory fields will be clearly marked.
It is clarified that without providing the required details in the marked fields, it will not be possible to register for actions that require registration. In addition, registration for a particular service through the Website, mailing lists, or any other matter available or accessible through the Website may require your consent and approval of the terms of that service, in which case you will be required to approve your consent separately on that page or service. You are hereby informed that you are not legally required to provide information to the Website, and that providing information to the Website Operator is done at your sole responsibility, voluntarily and with your consent, and you shall have no claim and/or demand against the Website Operator or its representatives in this regard.
In addition, to the extent that you provide or upload any personal information on the Website, you hereby declare that the information you provide and/or update on the Website is true, reliable, and accurate, and that you are providing the information on your own behalf and for yourself only, or that you have been legally authorized to provide such information on behalf of another person. In any case, you shall be solely responsible for providing such information.

Subject to your consent, if given, the Website Operator may contact you from time to time by direct mailing for the purpose of receiving updates by email, text messages (SMS), facsimile, automatic dialing system, and/or telephone, as long as no other notice has been received from you at any time. A user who provides details to the Website is automatically added to the mailing list and approves the receipt of marketing content, advertising information, and updates from time to time. The user may remove themselves from the mailing list at any time through a dedicated link in the mailing or by submitting a written request to customer service.
The Website may cancel user registrations, including in cases of providing false information, carrying out illegal actions, or violating the terms of the policy. Information provided in mailings shall not be considered an undertaking or promise of any result, and the user’s reliance on advertising content is at the user’s sole responsibility.
It is hereby clarified that such consent shall be given by marking a dedicated and explicit checkbox as part of the user’s activity on the Website. Marking the checkbox shall constitute the user’s informed, free, and explicit consent to the above.
The Website Operator takes care not to transfer personally identifiable information about you to third parties, including Information of Special Sensitivity, except in one or more of the following cases:
– Upon your request or with your explicit consent, or as part of registration for a particular service that may require it, subject to your consent.

– For the purpose of conducting statistical analyses and transferring statistical or other information to third parties. Such information will not personally identify you.
– If it is found that you have violated one or more of these terms of service, and/or in cases where you perform or attempt to perform actions that are contrary to the terms of use or any legal provision, or pursuant to a judicial order or a lawful request by a competent authority, or for the purpose of preventing the commission of an offense.
– In any case where the Website Operator believes that providing the information is necessary in order to prevent serious damage to a person’s property and/or body, or in order to prevent other serious damage, at its sole discretion.
– In the event that the Website Operator transfers and/or merges its activity with another corporation, provided that the new recipient of the information accepts all provisions of these terms of use in full.
4. Retention of Information and Your Rights Regarding Its Use
The information will be stored in secure digital databases, in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017. It is clarified that the Website Operator will implement advanced security measures, including access controls, encryption, permission management, documentation, risk surveys, and periodic penetration testing. Personal information will be retained only for the period required to achieve the purposes of processing, after which it will be deleted or anonymized, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
Under the Law, you, or someone on your behalf or your authorized representative, are entitled to review the information about you that is held in the Website Operator’s database, and may request that the Website Operator correct such information if it is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate, and delete it in appropriate cases. To exercise this right, a request must be sent to the Website Operator using one of the contact details listed on the Website. In accordance with the Law, you also have the right to object to the processing of personal information for direct marketing purposes, as well as the right to receive complete and transparent information regarding the purposes of data collection, the identity of the database controller, to whom the information will be provided, and the consequences of refusing to provide the information.

The Law grants courts the authority to award compensation without proof of damage of up to NIS 10,000 for certain violations of the Law, and also allows the Privacy Protection Authority to impose significant financial sanctions. The Website Operator acts to prevent any risk of violation of the provisions of the Law.
6. Limitation of Liability
It is hereby agreed and declared that use of the Website, the services, and the content included therein is at the user’s sole responsibility. The Website Operator, its employees, representatives, and anyone acting on its behalf shall not bear any liability of any kind, including tort, contractual, or other liability, for any damage, loss, expense, or harm, whether direct, indirect, consequential, special, or derivative, that may be caused to the user or to any third party, directly or indirectly, due to or in connection with the use of the Website or the services, including due to the provision, processing, or retention of personal information, even if the Website Operator anticipated or could have anticipated the possibility of such damages.
7. Use of Information for Data Security, Fraud Prevention, and Compliance with Legal Requirements
The Website Operator may also collect, process, and use information provided by users, including personal information, for the purpose of securing the Website systems, protecting against intrusion or damage attempts, preventing unauthorized use, fraud or fraudulent activity, and complying with any legal obligation, regulatory requirement, or judicial order. It is clarified that the Website Operator may share such information with competent authorities or relevant third parties, to the extent required for maintaining user security, preventing illegal activity, or complying with the provisions of the law.
8. Changes to the Policy

Any material change will be published on the Website together with the date of the latest update. Your continued use of the Website services after the policy has been updated shall constitute consent to the updated version.
This Privacy Policy shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and they shall determine the interpretation and enforcement of the terms included herein. Any dispute, claim, or demand that may arise between the users and the Website Operator in connection with use of the Website and/or the provisions of this policy shall be heard and decided exclusively by the competent courts in the city of Tel Aviv, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction in this matter. The user may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under this policy to any other party. The Website Operator, however, may transfer its rights and obligations to third parties.
