Accessibility Statement

The website management invests significant efforts and resources in order to provide equal service to customers with disabilities. To allow customers with disabilities to browse the website comfortably and easily, accessibility adjustments have been made on the website in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013.

In addition, the website is in the process of implementing Level 2 (AA) accessibility requirements, in accordance with Israeli Standard 5568 for website accessibility, which refers to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 of the international standards organization W3C, the World Wide Web Consortium. For this purpose, the following accessibility measures are implemented on the website:

– Images that serve as links include alternative text that defines the purpose of the image link.
– In contrast versions, flashing banners and images that may interfere with concentration have been removed.
– Semantic code is used, along with a consistent H1 heading on each page.
– The website structure is organized using dl tags and properly structured tabular information.
– The page is divided into sections in order to allow users to reach relevant information easily using the Tab key on the keyboard.
– There is a full separation between content and display through the use of a separate CSS file.
– All colors have been adjusted in order to reduce visual stimulation as much as possible. Flashes and certain banners are disabled in these versions in order to keep the information as comfortable as possible. The website supports keyboard navigation using the Tab key, the arrow keys, and the Enter key to activate the various links. Due to the size of the website, there may be certain areas that are difficult to reach using the keyboard, and therefore alternatives such as an alternative menu have been provided.
– All flashing banners have been removed and hidden. As a result, some information may not appear, in order to avoid negatively affecting readers. In these versions, we have tried to provide a convenient edition without features that may interfere with the browsing process.
– In addition, this website includes an accessibility plugin that assists in making the website accessible to people with disabilities. The keyboard arrows can be used to navigate between the component buttons that enable accessibility features on the website.

To receive the best browsing experience with screen reader software, we recommend using NVDA software. However, some pages on the website may not yet have a suitable technological solution for full accessibility. If you find a page that is not accessible, please contact the accessibility coordinator, and we will do our best to address the matter as quickly as possible.

We continue our efforts to improve the accessibility of the website as much as possible, based on our belief and moral commitment to enable the entire population, including people with disabilities, to use the website.

It should be emphasized that the website and the products included on it are sold online only, and that the website management does not operate a physical space for receiving customers.
